"I had been with with Joe Good since 2008 when I moved to the area. Bought house in 09. Moved in 24 with house still on the market. They cancelled my home owners policy without my approval. I found out because I received a check for over payment. Would not reinstate my policy or offer any viable option. All I got was I'm sorry this happened. This is pathetic."

"Warrensburg office not good service, was told agents out of office all week! Was told all good on insurance on house, 2 months later, saw on app my insurance got canceled. I called and was told sent email and letter! Didn't receive either! Fixed whatever needed fixed, now can't get ahold of anyone so they can take pictures to get insurance re- I stated! They won't return phone calls, won't reply to emails or text! Not good at Warrensburg office!"

"Unlike a good Neighbor State Farm is not there for you I will be finding me a new insurance company.They don't care they just want your money even when you go through tough times they won't help you out I been with them for 7 years and got treated like trash over 1 late payment Insurance is just a scam"
